Card shows

Can I sell cards at a card show?

Usually yes, but rules differ for attendee selling, dealer tables, public trading, and venue restrictions.

You can often sell cards at a show, but the method matters. Some organizers allow attendee-to-dealer selling only, some permit public trading, and some restrict transactions outside rented tables. Check the official event page from the CardShopMap events calendar before arriving with a case of cards. If you want to operate like a vendor, you usually need a table, tax and payment setup, and acceptance of the organizer’s rules. If you are selling a small stack, a dealer walk-up is more realistic.

Prepare cards so buyers can evaluate quickly: separate categories, protect valuable items, know recent sold comps, and decide minimum prices in advance. Do not leave a card with a dealer unless you receive a written intake or consignment record. The sell cards at a card show guide explains the difference between shopping offers and vending. If the show is not the right fit, contact category-specific local card shops for a calmer appointment after the weekend.
