Questions owners actually ask

Does paying move my shop up the results?
No. Organic ordering uses relevance, distance, listing completeness, freshness, and a deterministic name tie-break — paid status is not one of those signals. What you buy is a separate, labeled sponsored position that says “Sponsored” before your shop name.
What happens if my card fails?
Nothing immediately. We keep your paid features on for 14 days while Stripe retries the payment, and email you. If it still has not gone through after that, the account drops to the free plan — your listing, photos, events, and factual details all stay exactly as they are.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing portal in your dashboard. You keep the paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, then the listing reverts to Claimed Free.
Do I have to pay to fix wrong information?
Never. Corrections are free and open to anyone, account or not. A directory that charges for accuracy is not a directory.
