CardShopMap lists 3 card grading shops in Kentucky. The listings are in Greensburg (1), Jackson (1), and Louisville (1). Of those listings, 1 is tagged as buying cards and 1 handles grading submissions. Beyond grading, they also carry baseball (1), basketball (1), and comics (1).
The listings carrying the most detail are Lakeside Comics at 95 Pine Hill Dr in Jackson, Card N All Gaming & Repair at 5534 New Cut Rd in Louisville, and Moon Mountain Games at 441 Columbia Hwy in Greensburg.
Every listing links an official website and all of them carry a phone number. 3 listings publish no opening hours at all, so call those before you drive over.
No city carries more than one listed card grading shop.
1 of the 3 listings here is tagged as handling grading submissions. A shop that handles submissions sends your cards to a grading company such as PSA, Beckett, CGC or SGC and brings them back; the grade itself comes from the company, not the shop. Ask which company the shop submits to, what the fee and insurance cover, and get a written receipt that lists every card before you leave them.

Card, set, declared value, service level, and date. Without it you have no record of what you handed over.
Who insures the cards on the way there and back, and to what value. This is the question most likely to reveal a shop that has not thought it through.
The rest is on the national card grading shops page, along with the questions worth asking before you hand over a collection.
