How do grading submissions work through a Arkansas card shop?

1 of the 2 listings here is tagged as handling grading submissions. A shop that handles submissions sends your cards to a grading company such as PSA, Beckett, CGC or SGC and brings them back; the grade itself comes from the company, not the shop. Ask which company the shop submits to, what the fee and insurance cover, and get a written receipt that lists every card before you leave them.
