How do I find card show vendors before going?

Check the organizer’s official page, vendor list, social posts, and nearby shop calendars before planning a targeted trip.

Start with the organizer’s official event page from the CardShopMap events calendar. Larger shows may publish dealer lists, floor maps, autograph schedules, grading booths, or category highlights. Smaller shows may announce vendors through social posts or email updates instead. If the vendor list is missing, contact the organizer with a specific question: sports vintage, Pokémon sealed, Magic singles, grading drop-off, or supplies. A broad “who will be there?” is harder to answer.

Nearby local card shops are also useful signals. Shops often post when they will set up at a show or close early to vend. The regional card shopping trip planner explains how to combine those clues into a route. Do not assume a dealer from last year will appear again, and do not plan a long trip around a rumor. If the vendor mix is critical, wait for official confirmation or call before booking travel. A little research keeps a show trip from depending on one table that may not be present.
